Ordering Info

Most everything we create here at Go To Devil is made-to-order. We can usually get your order finished and on the way within the week that you order, but occasionally it can take up to 2 weeks to get your package out the door. Any longer than that and we figure out a way to make up for the lateness. Let us know if your order contains a gift or if you have a hard deadline and we will try our best to prioritize it.

We are happy to exchange or accept a return of items from your order within 30 days of it arriving in your mailbox.* It is as easy as packing it up and sending it back. If you are exchanging an item send us an email with details first - that will give us a chance to get a head start on the new item.

Please make sure to include a note in your return package letting us know if you would like an exchange or refund. Contact us if you have any questions.

Damaged Items: Sorry about that! If an item with a hole, tear or smudge slipped by us let us know and we will make it right.

Items arranged for return within 30 days of delivery will receive your preference of a refund or Go To Devil credit towards future purchases. Sorry - no returns after 30 days from delivery.

(Exceptions to our 30 day return policy are gift orders. If a giftee needs to make an exchange we will take great care of them.)

* Mystery Tees, Sample Sale and Clearance items are sold as Final Sale, so no returns or exchanges for those items.

We source our apparel items from several makers so fit and sizing can be a little different between our tops and tees. On each apparel item page we provide bust/chest and length information, along with a short description of the fit, fabric and care.
